4Sale provides technology for publishing and discovering listings. Unless explicitly stated for a particular service, the platform is not the buyer, seller, owner, broker or guarantor of user-posted items and services.
Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly report unauthorised access. Do not share passwords or one-time verification codes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Listing standards
Listings must be lawful, accurate and owned or authorised by the person posting them. Do not publish counterfeit goods, prohibited items, misleading prices, stolen content, malicious links, discriminatory offers or material that violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Transactions and safety
Buyers and sellers decide whether and how to transact. Inspect goods, verify identities and ownership where appropriate, use safe meeting arrangements, and obtain professional advice for property, vehicles, employment or other high-value transactions.
Payments and promotions
Paid listing, pinning and moving-ad services use the existing backend payment pages. Prices, duration, refund eligibility and activation conditions should be displayed before payment. Promotional placement does not guarantee views, enquiries or a completed sale.
Moderation
The operator may review, restrict, suspend or remove listings and accounts that create risk, violate these terms or interfere with the service. This does not create a duty to monitor every listing before publication.
Availability and liability
The service may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss or for the accuracy, quality, safety or legality of user-posted listings. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
