Creating, authenticating, maintaining, and securing user accounts.
Publishing and displaying advertisements on the 4Sale website and application.
Providing paid, featured, promoted, or value-added advertising services.
Reviewing advertisements, account activity, reports, and suspected violations.
Removing, hiding, modifying, or restricting content that violates platform policies or applicable law.
Responding to complaints involving privacy, intellectual property, fraud, abuse, or unlawful content.
Cooperating with governmental, judicial, security, or regulatory authorities where officially required.
Third-party services
Certain platform services may require information such as a name, email address, or payment method to be shared with external service providers or third-party platforms that support payment, publication, hosting, advertising, or related services.

Do not include phone numbers or contact information in advertisement titles.
Do not publish identity documents, bank cards, addresses, or sensitive financial information.

Chat privacy
Users are directly responsible for messages, media, files, comments, and other material they send or publish through public or private communication features.
Public-chat content may be monitored through automated and human review to detect abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, spam, or other violations.
Due to the private nature of direct messages, private conversations are not ordinarily reviewed unless a reliable official report is submitted or access is required through a lawful governmental or judicial request.
Harassment, threats, bullying, defamation, and abusive communications are prohibited.
Users must not send obscene, discriminatory, fraudulent, unlawful, or privacy-infringing material.
Malicious links, viruses, deceptive files, impersonation, and electronic fraud are prohibited.
Private chat must not be used for unauthorized commercial promotions or unsolicited advertising.

Safety enforcement
4Sale reserves the right to monitor platform systems using automated or manual methods to detect spam, fraud, prohibited content, technical abuse, and violations of applicable laws or platform policies.
The platform may remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, block email addresses, or disable IP access where necessary to protect the platform, its users, or the public.
Monitoring does not guarantee that every unlawful or inappropriate communication will be detected immediately.
Submitting a notice
A person who believes that content violates their privacy, copyright, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights may submit a formal written notice to 4Sale.
A physical or digital signature of the complainant or authorized representative.
A clear identification of the protected work, information, or legal right involved.
Identification of the allegedly infringing content, including URLs, identifiers, or supporting evidence.
The complainant’s name, email address, telephone number, and other relevant contact information.
A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.
Confirmation that the complainant owns the relevant right or is legally authorized to represent the rights holder.
Acceptance of legal responsibility where the complaint contains materially false information.
Receipt of a complaint does not automatically constitute confirmation that a violation occurred. 4Sale retains discretion to investigate and determine the appropriate response.
Protecting information
Users must use the platform lawfully and must not attempt to access systems, servers, accounts, communications, or personal information without authorization.
Do not upload malware, viruses, hacking tools, or malicious code.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or user information.
Do not use automated reporting systems to target legitimate user content.
Do not conceal message origins, manipulate communication systems, or conduct phishing.
Do not share passwords, one-time passwords, banking verification codes, or other confidential authentication information.
Use caution when communicating, paying, buying, or selling through the platform.
Platform controls
4Sale may delete, hide, modify, restrict, or remove content and may suspend or terminate access where platform rules, payment obligations, legal requirements, or safety standards have been violated.
The source terms state that 4Sale is not responsible for content that is deleted, lost, not saved, interrupted, or otherwise unavailable through the platform.
A user who does not accept the platform’s terms or future changes should stop using the services and may delete their account through the available account settings.
